Steak bites are a meat lover’s dream come true. The trick to perfect steak bites is getting your pan or skillet nice and hot before searing. 4 boneless pork chops

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp butter (for mashed potatoes)

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1.⁠ ⁠Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.⁠ ⁠Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.

3.⁠ ⁠In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

4.⁠ ⁠Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear them for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
