Tofu Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 block of firm tofu, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 cups of beef or vegetable broth
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, onion, and ginger. Stir until fragrant.
- Add the tofu and stir until golden brown.
- Add the broth, water, gochujang, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
