Garlic Aioli

Why It’s Trending: Simple, garlicky, and always a crowd-pleaser. Ingredients:

1 cup mayo

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Uses: Sandwiches, seafood, or as a dip for artichokes.

Creamy and Tangy Thousand Island Dressing Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons ketchup 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper to taste Directions:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, white vinegar, and Dijon mustard until smooth and well combined. Add the sweet pickle relish, chopped onion, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. For the best flavor, refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Serve over salads, as a dip for veggies, or on your favorite burger. Make your own gravy at home🩵

Ingredients: 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp krispy fry mix 1 tbsp butter/margarine 1 tsp pepper 1/4 maggie cube 2 tbsp soy sauce 3 cups water

Instructions:

  1. In a pan heat the butter until it melts then, add the krispy fry mix and cornstarch mix until no traces of powder then add the water gradually with continues stirring, simmer for about 2 minutes then season it with soy sauce, maggie cube and pepper let it simmer until it thickens then remove from pan and serve.
