wing with Mushrooms

Ingredients:
10 chicken wings, cut in half 6 mushrooms Ginger slices Green onions 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce Salt to taste Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken wings with ginger slices, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, dark soy sauce, and a pinch of salt for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken wings skin-side down.
Fry until both sides are golden brown.
Add mushrooms and cook until softened. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Sprinkle with green onions and stir.

Chicken Katsu
Ingredients:
For the Chicken: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 large eggs, beaten 1 cup panko breadcrumbs Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Tonkatsu Sauce: 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon honey or sugar 1 clove garlic, minced (optional) 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to pound the chicken to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
